Has anyone heard of Mark XVI Reloading Press by Smart Reloader?

It is a cheap Chinese copy of Lee's Classic Cast single stage. I haven't found many reviews on Smart Reloader presses, but those I do find don't have much good to say about them. I see that it is $30 less than the Lee press, but would not go for it myself.

Smart handloaders avoid Smart Reloader.

They are getting more expensive. Wow, thought they would be out of business by now. No comparison to LEE in quality. The presses that they produce are inferior in every possiable way. Nothing wrong with sticking to an AMERICAN company. Lee makes many products that are very reasonably priced and work as designed. Some are even surprisingly superior.
