Mr Floodgate sir, Nvcurmudgeon and I have posted many times about our Lymaz(backwards N)ingot mold. Was wondering with all your knowledge of Lyman if you know what years they were made that way? How it happened or any other information about this?l

catpetman:
I have one, but in mine the "L" is backwards; the other letters are all OK, except the whole line reads right to left.
No, I don't know when they were made, and if I ask Lyman, ya think they're gonna admit it???

Carpetman;
I have a mold w/reverse 'N'. It was purchased new in '61 or '62.
That's all I know about it.

Remember the INGOT cast in a Lyman mould with backwards N that sold for a big price on E-bay a year or two ago? P.T. Barnum estimated way too low!

Floodgate, can't find your message, you sent a message re Lyman discontinued press, said you had 4 of the beasts on your bench or was it Texan 7 station press? I need Lee 310 dies for the odd Lyman press plus the odd sizer that screws in top first under the top, caliber? email direct mcgr3799@bellsouth.net have some others, some unique, for sale.
