Before every casting session I give the pot a good scraping and clean the spigot & valve rod. It still drips.
Every so often I will lightly lap the valve with 800 grit aluminum oxide compound and it works like a charm. Until the next session.
It has to be that cruddy tan buildup. What would be a good way to reduce or eliminate this crud?
