Anybody have any experience shipping WW muffin ingots in a small flat rate box? About how much can fit in a SFRB?

I don't know, but the muffin shape will limit you more than bars due to the voids left by the circular shape.

you might get 6 lbs in one.

I've shipped 10# of 63/37 in a SFRB and had a little room left over.. these were bar solder cut to fit..

My hockey puck ingots will fit togther in the box so that I can get iirc 16 pounds, but I cast larger than muffin.
The secret to SFRBs is to maximize the space. My rectangular ingots I can get 20 pounds in with some fiddling. I once cast a plate ingot the exact size of a small FRB and it was 28 pounds iirc.
