How many times has it happened to you? It burns me up to no end! You spend precious time and effort to perfectly word a reply or text on our forum only to have the it magically disapear! Could be any number of reasons but if your like me you feel like throwing the computer out the window of the tenth floo, and I'm a patient guy.

Well next time it happens to you calmly find your way back to the thread you where attempting to leave a meassage on and look for the "restore auto save" button. I posted a screen picture of what it looks like with a read arrow pointing to it.

Today was the first time I was able to sucessfully restore my lost work and I suggest to any of you that spend a good deal of time and effort typing replies to get to know this function before you need it in a time of crisis :)

p.s. did you also knwo we now have spell check? Man am I behind the times? Guess I don't have many excusses... excuses... excquesses...... reason for ...... well you get the idea :)

Thanks to Jon B in Glencoe and our Gunload Master for bringing this to my attention. had to google it to find it but thank goodness! Here is the link to what I found http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?172402-auto-save

Cool, you might be able to spell 'site' then? [smilie=1:

Yep! I'll still mispell a lot! Pilots never needed to spell :) We abbreviated everything. Instead of site or sight simply CB :)
