Noe 311 in a Saiga load needed?

Anyonehave a suggestion for a starting place for Noe 198g spire point that will cycle a Saiga?

I have H4350 and I think that should work but I have others as well. WC842, RX7, Unique and WC844T.

i used 29g-30g of 4895 in mine.Sub 2 MOA and sometimes much better.
