I didn't go to sportsmans today, and don't own a 223, but i heard they had boxes of 223 for 8.99 today. limit of 5 boxes per person. Iffen you got a 223 for christmas, you might check sportsmans if you have one in your area.

I was in Sportsmans Warehouse (AZ) Wednesday and they were out of anything that had .223 on it. They were pretty well stocked on everything else. I didn't look at the guns but everything else seemed to be reasonable priced.

I must have gotten to Sportsmans Warehouse before the truck this morning. Everything .223 is still gone, shelves still mostly empty. Nothing but a few shotgun primers on that shelf. Most of the bullet shelves empty, too. Newly added signs noting quantity restrictions on purchases of ammo, bullets, primers, magazines, and a few other things. Guess I'll try to get there after work, but I suspect it's going to be as futile as the morning trip was. Especially considering it's 20 miles out of my way.
