My friend Bryan owns a Ruger All American in 308 Win.
We've been shooting a lot of different cast bullets in the
rifle.

Today, we continued testing his Ruger rifle, at 1 point in the range session I shot some NOE 311365 bullets from a mold that I bought from AL at NOE. This rifle likes that bullet !

This is a link showing my beautiful NOE brass 311365 mold :

" For the money ", I think these are fine rifles.

I love mine. Its a 06 though and haven't got to truely shoot it enough to zero it in. But I fired at least a couple to say I got to.

Hope your 06' will shoot as good as Bryan's 308 Win. For the money, I think it is a very accurate and dependable rifle.

My friend just got a .270. Started to work some loads when I realized he had a severe paralax problem with his Leupoold 3x9. Sent the scope off and will resume rifle work when it returns. What I've seen so far, it's a dandy working rifle.

725,

If that scope has the " Gold Ring " on it, he has no worries. It will be fixed and fixed RIGHT.

Bryan,

I've seen many days where your groups looked as good or better than mine.
In one year, you have come A LONG WAY !

I was just speaking to my mate wholives on the South Coast of NSW, he bought one of the first ones to come into Australia in 270. I asked him about it and he said it is a great rifle and plenty accurate. He uses jacketed loads only and loves it.
