I am trying to sound stupid, but can someone tell me what these mean? It was listed in Hogdons reload site for 1 oz slug.
BPGS + 2-1-11/2" Felt + 1-.135" Card

Balistic products gas seal, 2 1-1 1/2" felt, and 1 .135 card. This is the wad column.

you are using a gas seal, some felt wads, and a card board base for the slug.
to adjust your height within the case.
it's like the crush section of a wad taking up room in the case.

ok Is it 1 whole 1/2" felt wad plus 1/2 of 1/2" felt wad? Also can i sub out the .135 card board base for slug and use a .125 cardboard base?

it's all about weight and column height,if you need to adjust then adjust.
