ar15 uppers

has anyone use blackthorne ar15 upper are they any good or should i stay away?

I have. The quality will vary, but they work. By quality, I mean how good the barrel is and how it is installed. I would consider buying more/again for utility hunting use. Because I have to pay sales tax on them, they aren't but a few dollars less then a STAG.

A while back I bought 2 and put them together. Took them both to the range to test with Winchester white box. One shot 1.25" group and the other a 2.5" group.

I've never done any torture testing, etc.
