Hi,
Not really expecting much,I put a WTB ad up,looking for one of the custom mold maker's molds in a heavier form for my 357 mag., than my excellent RCBS 38-148 SWC that I use in my 38 spl. I was lucky to have a Gentleman wanting to sale a NOE 5-cav. 358429 Keith,(thanks Kirk) When I asked if he had any pics,he said,"I'll just send it to ya!" Wow,ok that will work!

I got the mold today and it is just a pleasure to work with. The boolits fall right out and it actually will cast at the lower temps, more like an iron mold than one of aluminum. I made some dummy rounds to make sure everthing would chamber in my Ruger GP-100 and everything is good to go! Looking forward to putting some H-110 behind one and sending it down range!

The GP is as good a platform you`ll find to launch 358429s from .

Very nice of him, Thats a great mold. So since you wont be useing that RCBS 38-148 swc would you sell it ?
Going to be getting a Lever gun in 38/357 this month and been looking for a mold for it.
Thanks Steve

Lucky!!!! I have one of the Lee GB 6 cavity 358429 moulds, and I have been looking for one of the NOE. Did your RCBS moulds get sad when a new mould entered the casting shack?

No, it was more like, "Phew, we FINALLY get some relief!"

No, Everyone is welcome at my house! Here's a MiHec H&G#68 clone I was lucky enough to get at the swap/sell Dept.

Seagiant...I've been looking for a good bullet for long distance extreme accuracy (50 yds) and have been leaning toward the 358429 style. I'm a little shy in both character and funds to just flop down $150 to buy the mold without trying a few first. If I sent you a few bucks, would you send me about 50 of these to try?

Hi Agentr,
I will have to apoligize as I just saw your post!!! I have gone back to work and will not be home for awhile. Of course if I was I would send you some boolits to try no problem! I think the 358429 boolit from any of the group buys would be perfect for you and also give a sense of history to your shooting!

This has got to be one of the best sites on the Internet and is loaded with good people that will help you out! I would go to the boolit exchange section and just ask for some one with a group buy 358429 and someone will help I know.
