I really wanted to buy this but have a greater need for an RCBS 35-200 and that's where my next $$ goes. So posting the link in case anyone is interested. If anyone has does have an RCBS 35-200 they want to trade off I'll bid and trade em. Only has about an hour left though. I don't think I'm breaking any rules with this post so if I am, admins please advise and delete.

How about that, got this mold quite a while back and cast with it the first time yesterday. Always thought it was a Lee mold, but never had any maker mark! Ranch Dog then aye?? I cast using COWW and it ran between 295-296 gr, and .4550x.4551. Got it in a deal and was smoked heavily taking quite a while to clean up, got most of it off, however still have some lead on the top as you can see. Notice that the one end cavity had a defect though, a slight overbore it would appear. With the deal I got on it though, and the insignificance as it is when shooting (or just don't cast that cavity) I am not bothered at all!

Regarding that boolit/mold, I've not used the plain base but got Jerry with Carolina Cast to send me some gas checked RDs and they shot lights out in my Marlin 1894 Limited. I shot 80 rounds and was surprised to see only atomized signs of lead on my patches. Easiest cleaning I'd done in a while. I would have bought this one myself even with no experience witht the plain base but I sent a chamber cast of that gun to LBT and hear tell from Mr Smith that it ships today.
