First breakfast of the New Year!!! Who's having what?

I'm starving myself until tonight. I'm grilling pork steak (well seasoned) over charcoal and making big dumplings with gravy. We're having the big meal tonight.
I make the semi soft/hard dumplings and fresh beef gravy. Could be challenging because I woke up to -12 deg F this morning.
To add I'm pressure cooking some veggies- cabbage, carrots, celery,onions

Nothing exciting here. Just a bowl of cereal and glass of juice.

Papas con huevos with plenty of strong onion and fresh hot peppers from the little green house, corn tortillas and a glass of milk, sorta a common South Texas type breakfast.
