I use a 401-175-TC seated to 1.135"COL (0.258" seat depth) out of a 4.25" S&W M&P40. I've shot about 4k of these this past year.

Unique:
5.0g 940 fps, 5.5g 970 fps, 6.0g 1030 fps
Bullseye:
4.5g 950 fps, 5.0g 990 fps
Power Pistol:
6.0g 960 fps, 7.0g 1060 fps

The 5.0g Unique and 4.5-4.7g Bullseye loads were the ones I shot most often. No need to go any faster while punching paper. 3.0g Clays is also a fun load to shoot. It feels like a light 38 Special or 9mm round.

I can't really help you with Unique or Bullseye but I do shoot a lot of CLAYS in .40 S&W, .38spl, and .45acp. I back what RSROCKET1 on 3.0gr CLAYS, lots of fun.

I want to thank you both for your input. I really appreciate your help and quick response. I hope as I grow in this hoppy I can help others as you have helped me.

Thanks
