Anybody have an accurate 50 yard load for this bullet? With it's flat nose it's ideal for the tubular feed of this rifle but I've not had a lot of luck getting good groups. Have played with Bullseye and Unique mostly. I also have W231 and IMR 700X if you have loads for those. Thanks for any help you can give with this.

I ahve used a 93 grain Lee in my Marlin cl 32-20 with excellent results. Works with about any powder listed, but it is about 313 diameter. what is the diameter of the RCBS laod?

I get better results with the #311008 or the Ranch Dog version of it, but those and the RCBS boolit all shoot well with 5.5gr. AA#5. This is over SAAMI spec for pressure, slightly, but shoots a lot better than lighter loads of that powder. I just wouldn't use them in a H&R revolver.

northmn asked -"what is the diameter of the RCBS laod?" They origiinally came out of the mold about .3125 with ACWW. I bump them up to .314 using a flat nose punch in the Lyman 450. It swells them out to .314 (a hair under) and gives them a nice flat nose like the RCBS 90-314-CM. Almost look identical.

If they are a little over bore diameter that is good. They should work. Maybe the bumping may interfere with accuracy?

Don't know, havent tried those yet. Am still working with RCBS 314-90-CM. Results should be about the same, I would think. They look identical when the 93 Lee is bumped.

I shoot the RCBS 98 swc in a revolver. It groups great with 4 gr Unique. I don't know what the twist is of the Marlin.
