Lyman U311334 aproximate weight?

I've bought one of these and was wondering what the boolit weight would be aprox.

It's a GC boolit with two lube rings one in the boolit one created with the GC.
Was hoping to use it in the FN/FAL

I know the U means undersized. Also anyone know about what these drop at roughly?
