Custom Inserts for Lyman M Dies?

I remember someone saying that custom inserts could be purchased for Lyman M Expansion dies. I'd like to get a 0.360 expansion head for my 0.357 die. Does anyone know where/if these can be purchased?

There are a couple of machinist members here that can produce them to order (e.g. Buckshot)

You can buy oversize extras from Lyman and sand/file them down to desired size in a drill press or lathe.
