Not sure what I'm doing yet. I'm thinking of sausage, eggs, gravy and biscuits. What's on deck for you folks?

Sausage, eggs & cheese on a croissant with a few sausage balls to cap it off and 8 O'clock coffee, strong enough to wake the dead.

The plan is for homemade biscuits and gravy. The Mrs and the kids are still sleeping at the moment though so it will probaby be a brunch.

Homemade cinnamon rolls that my wife makes have become a tradition at our house. Daughter-in-law is making an egg casserole. Kids are starting to stir so better get up and going.

I have the old wood cook stove fired up in the man-cave saloon for heat, so I got 2 perculator coffee pots on there. Perculated tastes so much better than drip.:coffee: Got over 20 people coming in a little while so no time for breakfast.
But, its always been a tradition to have egg-nog french toast Christmas morning.

Pancakes, sausages, grits, and a diet coke. Wife and kid (he's 18) had coffee as their drinks though.

Flour tortilla smeared with refried beans and smothered with homemade red chile sauce made with canned venison. Topped with a fried egg and cheese. I can actually feel my arteries hardening.
