It is 308 brass with the rim stamped; "nny 308 Win". Any idea who makes this brass?

The ones I have seen with "nny" were Berdan primed. Check them before crunching your decap pin.

Cirilic leters? If yes ,definitly "Prvi Partizan Užice", Ammo factory in Serbia,former Yugoslavia...Good brass but not so good ammo..i am still alive :))) Regards from Bosnia!

Yes, Cyrillic - translitearted "puh, puh, oo"

"OO" as in long "U" sound in the American-English sound system, but not drawn out as we further west tend to do with it - more of an abrubt "oo" than with the smooth, long ending we put on that sound.

Very good brass, from what little I have used. I have 20 ea. 6.5x55 cases that I have reloaded so many times I have forgotten how many times. Used it during load development for three different rifles, a CG M38, M94 and a custom on an Argentine '09. Not like the 6.5x55 is hard on brass or anything but this has held up extremely well.
