a week ago i asked what everybody,s opinon of the new marlins were i got a new marlin 30/30 model336ss the other day the stainless metal finish was pretty good the wood finish was pretty good all around but there were some tool marks on the wood at the top of the wood at the forarm not to bad just a little sanding and it should b good have,nt shot it yet but so far i,m happy with it i just ordered the 45/70ss with lami wood if it,s like this one i,ll b happy
