Any suggestions on boolits / molds for either of these 2 ? Would like to be around 180 gr for the 357 and 130 gr for the 30 if possible, that is if they shoot good in that range. Not too concerned about hunting as i am about accuracy.

148 grain hollowbase wadcutters shot well in my 14in 357 herrett.small amounts of bullseye and pb.

Measure your throats. The original Herrets had a lot of freebore to keep pressures under control. You'll probably want designs with a long body, extending outside the case mouth, and so a short nose. If you don't minimize the unsupported bullet jump to the lands accuracy will suffer.

Using a 10 inch scoped barrel with 14 twist, I used 311291 with 18 grains 4227 to shoot circa 1 inch groups at a hunnert. Headspaced on the boolit by slamming the barrel/action closed hard. Cases were fire formed perfectly for lighter loads. ... felix

for the 357 herret ,id go with the RCBS 200gr fn rifle bullet one of the most accurate 35 cal cast bullets out there in a varity of firearms. with a good load and scope you should be able to get pretty close to inch group at 100 yards.
Im not sure of the twist in the 30 herret but my 32/20 (30/20) SS pistol will group under a inch at 100 yards with the RCBS 165gr sil boolet.

I use the SAECO 180gr GC mould in my 357 Herrett. Works very well. 357 Herretts do not like light loads you'll develop excess headspace (shoulders set back) and then wonder why the missfires. Stay near max loads. Even firing the primer in an empty case will cause set back. The 30 Herrett does not have this problem as it has an adequit shoulder.

I used 311359 successfully for several years in 30 Herrett, made a great gopher gitter.

Definately measure your throats! I have a super 14" that I just did a chamber cast of and much to my suprise the throat in it measured a full .314" and was long enough to easily contain a NOE 316299 sized to .314" and seated into the case to the middle of the front driving band! I think this barrell with .310" grooves and a .303" bore will sooner than later be getting re bored to 303 british. And I had a 357 Herrett that slugged out @ .356" the 200 gr RCBS boolit would not chamber with it's wide front driving band , but the 180 gr rcbs sil boolit fit just fine .

+3 on measuring the throats, you can help bullets enter the riflings straight by choiseing a bullet that you can size down to be .001 over the throat's Dia. for the 30 Herrett I'd look at the Lee 312-155 or 160. They usually drop about .314
Also check the twists, the old 30 Herretts had a 1-14 twist. The newer ones hav a a 1-10.
If you don't plan on shooting past 100 Yds. another good design is the 311359 or the NOE 314-140 or something like that.
