For those of you who refine into 1lb ingots from a Lyman or similar mold, let me offer this suggestion:
http://www.uline.com/Product/Detail/S-16701/Corrugated-Boxes-200-Test/8-x-5-x-3-Corrugated-Boxes
This box perfectly holds forty 1lb ingots, and handles well for stacking, etc.
If you don't want to deal with tape, then this box:
http://www.uline.com/Product/Detail/S-13362/Indestructo-Mailers/8-x-5-x-3-Indestructo-Mailers (http://www.uline.com/Product/Detail/S-13362/Indestructo-Mailers/8-x-5-x-3-Indestructo-Mailers)
It is the same internal dimensions, but requires no tape and opens/shuts easy for casting sessions. Forty pounds is about as much as you want to be bending over and handling I have found.
Thought I would share.
