Gentlemen,

I recently sold my first generation 10mm Glock for a fourth generation Glock in 40 S&W. I bought an RCBS 165 grain mold and cast up a couple of hundred boolits and lubed them with Hubertus lube and loaded them up with Unique and Blue Dot powders in small quantity to test them out. Time permitted testing only of the Blue Dot load and it shot satisfactorily. I will test the Unique load on the next trip to the range. What loads have you gentlemen found to work well with the above boolit, especially in the Glock?

4.2 gr bullseye for light loads.

I've been using the mihec 402-160 hp mold that drops at 159 gr with the round pin in with my ww alloy.

I've had good results with unique from 5.4 gr up to 6.0 gr in my glock 22 and 27. Below 5.4 and the gun started ftf/fte - I think the max for 160 gr lead is right at 6.4 gr or so, not sure if I will go up from 6.0 any as this seems a reliable accurate load.

These are tumbled lubed with the lee lube and sized in the lee .401 die.

No leading to speak of so far after 700 or so rounds.
