I'm looking for an M die for the .32 S&W long wadcutter. I'm reloading .314 diameter 98 gr LHBWCs in .32 S&W long for 50 yard bullseye shooting in a Walther GSP .32.

I'd like to get one with with a .315 expander. The idea being that the brass will typically shrink .002, leaving a .313 case to receive the .314 bullet.

Looking around, I don't see an M die that specs out at .315. The 32 pistol M die is nominally .313. The 31 AR rifle M die is .318. I guess I could get one and have it turned down.

What's the best solution to my problem? A pistol M die, or rifle M die turned down? Is there another maker of M dies that will fit the bill?

Thanks,

-John

John take a look at the Lyman Multi-Expander/Powder Charge Die. It only costs a smidge more than the M die, comes with 7 expanders and they list an available expander Part # 7998215 for the 32 s&w long for .313/.314 boolits. It does the same job and the expanders can be downsized easilly for odd sized boolits. Midway has em. Audie..the Oldfart..
