Finaly found THE Load for my K-31 Swiss

Range yesterday with issue K-31. Fired best group I have ever shot with this rifle. Load was .311291, sized .309, w/alum gc, and Can Red (Lars) lube over 23 gr or Rx 7, w/dac fill. 9 rounds went under an inch and a half at 50, with the first four touching, the 5th. out to about an inch. Makes me pretty happy, even if the base is a bit below the neck of the case. Not a recommendation for a load, but it sure shoots well in miy rifle.

Same bullet same lube and W/W 748 for my first honest 1" cast bullet group from the K31. I'll bet the gun can do even better. Are you shooting irons or a scope, I had to put a St. Marie on mine.
