What is tactical.republic.com on the Cast Boolit Pages

I just noticed tactical.republic.com is waiting to load on a lot of the Cast Boolit pages. What is it? Is it my computer or is it making pages load real slooow?

I may be wrong (probably am) but I think it is the new server or host site, whatever it is called.

They actually host the main banner Ad on our website. The big banner up top.

Hmm. It pigs the beejezus out of my computer too loading pages here sometimes, and when it does I get the same Javascript message as the OP. Most of the time it's fine, though.

I'm kinda thinkin' that banner is what is eating things up here. I still have some slow load issues when changing pages, and see that line displayed.
