Has anyone used a Patternmaster choke tube with 00bk?

Does it really tighten up the buckshot?

Is it worth the money?

can't comment on the Pattermasters, but have had exceptional luck with the Blackbore chokes.

not too much trigger time w/ 00 Buck thru a Patternmaster tube, but lots of steel "T" and steel "BBB" for snow geese & Canada Geese and #7-1/2 lead on doves, pigeons, rabbits, pheasants, crows & more

I had the tube in my old Remington 1100 3" magnum 12 gauge, the Patternmaster made a world of difference in performance, the wads would drop very quickly after leaving the muzzle and would not punch holes in the shot pattern, I would make unbelievable shots that my friends would not believe if they would not have seen with their own eyes

I tried a Patternmaster tube with my Winchester SX2 when I first bought the SX2, but I did not have the same performance as I did w/ the 1100, I believe that was due to the SX2 barrel being over bored (or is it back-bored)

thats my limited experience w/ a Patternmaster tube
