How many of you moly your cast bullets? What techniques do you use? General discussion about the subject please. There is almost no info on the web about it. I have just put moly on 100 boolits for my 40 cal and they look great. Positives and Negatives welcome.

I tried it once many, many years ago. I tumbled them in a rotary tumbler with moly for an hour or so. They still needed to be lubed as usual.
I saw no reason to continue, it doesn't gain anything.
Moly alone isn't a great bullet lube for pur purposes. We need something that does far more than lubricate, we need something that helps seal the bore. Moly doesn't do that.

Give them a shot. See what they do in your gun. I won't be messing with moly in the future, my results showed no benefits from extra work.
