What size holes (Dia) would be recommended for the 22lr cases

I knew Walter and a friend made him a set of those on a CNC mill at school. I have a core cutter he made and it cuts cores mighty fast.
He was always trying to get me into benchrest shooting and almost succeeded! He ansd Raymond, his shooting partner taught me a lot case prep and other things related to fine tuning rifle and ammo for accuracy.
