Lace up Recoil Pad and Cartridge Holder

I play with leather from time to time, but not really good at it. About the only thing I do pretty well is making grips for longbows. So, I wasn't really looking to make what I'm looking for, but if I have to I guess I'll give it a try.

I really would like a very nice lace up leather recoil pad/pad cover with a cartridge holder for my Marlin 1895 Cowbow in 45-70. I have found the lace up recol pads and the lace up cartridge holder but not a combination. Anyone got any ideas, suggestions or a pattern I could maybe use?
