HI
My little treasure is on its way to me and I am gathering any kind of information how to improve already great piece of machinery.
So far I found few tips how to improve powder consistency and measurement, spent primer reservoir ...
Picture is worthy than thousand words.

Thank you

Video should be worth a million then.

It's faster without the auto drive and Plc but you can be filling everything and case gauging while it's loading.

Thank you for your million ;-)
I knew you as the guru according mechanization.
This is the highest level to reach but I am looking for some small upgrades by long term users to make it more efficient with small investments.
Let me place some internet gathered ideas:

The top one is a waist of money, if you stop with an empty primer tube just pull the rod out, lift the lever and replace it. Also NEVER use a metal rod like the one on the left, although I have never set a primer off in any of my Dillons others have lit entire tube off shooting the rod out of the tube.

I don't use the micrometer adjustments, I just buy extra powder bars and leave them pre set. Faster, cheaper and zero adjustment.

A magnet stuck to the metal clamp that holds the case feed tube will catch steel cases and stop the case feeder motor before they can make it to the press.

Do not you know how to dismantle the powder funnel to be polished?
I put out two screws on the sides and used proper force to pull it out but with out success.
It probably needs more force but I do not want to brake it.

I think you are talking about the powder measure reservoir. Yes? Some of the early ones were glued in. If yours was glued, working it a bit at a time may work... the glue has a habit of not holding when you want it to, and holding really well when you don't want it to.

If I misunderstood you, let me know...

Thank you, understood completely. The glue should be the problem for sure, because it is impossible to dismantle :-(

Some are, I would say most/all are, a waste of time and/or money. Don't fix what isn't broke--you may just break what was a perfectly functioning whatever.
Buy enough rubber "brake line/vacuum line" hose to replace the tube on the primer shuttle. Thing wears out. Needed, on my machines, to keep the primer system feeding happily.
Buy the PROPER "powder funnel" (powder-thru expander) for the cartridge and throw away the "universal" flare/bell one that seems to come with the dies. Proper case expansion is VERY important and many skip this step and ONLY flare/bell the case mouth.
Check if 9x19 cases collate OK with the large pistol case feed rotor before buying the small pistol rotor.
Buy the DVD and watch it several times before doing anything. Then, during assembly, refer to it frequently. Watch what the technician is doing. He has done the job so many times that he doesn't think about what he is doing and doesn't think to point this out.
If you plan to use the swagger, cut open a few cases so you see when the die that pushes down on the case is low enough and when the swager is high enough.
The Super can be set back on the bench quite a bit more than the RL. Before drilling holes, be sure there is enough clearance between the bench edge and the handle.
Polish the exterior of the powder funnel, if it isn't already. If rough, it will not want to release the case and the press will tend to jump when the case finally pulls free--this will frequently mess up the placing of the new case into the shell plate.
Cleanliness is everything. If powder spills, stop everything, pull all cases, throw powder in any charged cases back in the power measure, loosen and lift up the shell plate and clean all powder. If any gets into the primer system, that will need to be cleaned.
Work cases one at a time back into the shell plate. Primed cases go back into station 5 for powder charge.
If you ALWAYS fully cycle up and down and NEVER short stroke, remove the annoying ratchet system.
If you can get a powder measure with the spring-return system, I consider that to be much better that the "safety" rod used.
Always inspect the inside of primer tubes for any dust. Some primers aren't properly sealed and they can leave priming powder residue that is a KaBoom waiting to happen.

You would only need to do this if you don't have the swage rod/expander installed in station #3.

I almost forgot to mention spend primer catcher for higher production users.
For example:
