Blend the following in an 8oz glass with a handful of ice:
1 round teaspoon ful of prepared horseradish
2 splashes of either Durkee's Red Hot sauce, or Tabasco's new (green) Mild Jalepeno sauce
2 dashes of regular seasoned salt (or, season to taste)
2 dashes of black pepper
2 shots of Absolute Vodka (or your favorite vodka)
Fill with V-8 juice, stir! (Don't use tomato juice, won't taste the same).
I add, for us "RedNecks", a pickled okra to hang on the inside of the glass.
I make this up in quarts and give to my shooting and law enforcement buddies for Christmas.
