Hello All: I've got a 4 cavity core mold which has plungers for ejection. On occasion, after a long casting session, one or more of the plungers stick. The tolerances on all bores and the pistons are very consistant. Seems like temperature is the culprit. As there a high temp lubricant which would help this problem without contamination issues? What temps are most people running their pots? Thanks, Dan

I think Bull Plate would fix that.

I have three of that type of core mold. Bullplate keeps them running smooooooothly.

What is Bullplate, and where do you get it?

Bullplate is one of the lube products we (The Bullshop) sell for casters.
