7-30 waters boolit loads anyone?

What would be a good 7mm boolit for the 7-30W? Anyone tried this? I have the Lee 130gr single cavity gas check boolit mould but I have never used it. Soon I will though since I am purchasing a TC contender barrel super 14 in that caliber.

Any loads of any kind for this caliber is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Most bullets are good. I like 154-162gn jacketed bullets.
For cast bullets, RCBS 7mm-145-Sil has done quite well.
Check out Lyman #49 and their Cast Bullet Handbook.
T/C should have some recommended load data you can ask for.
