Can't post pictures

Is anyone else having trouble posting pics?

I'll try a couple, one from my archive, one from my computer. I need to learn this new system, too. One from a grouse hunt, one of my brother and member Elawolf with a buck he got a couple days ago.

The problem I am having is this. When I click, manage attachments instead of getting a browse option, the pictures of my last thread come up and I can't get rid of them. I have deleted the pictures by the way, both from the site and from my computer.
