But seriously, folks, if she thinks the Model 64 K-frame w/4" bbl is too big, try to find her a Model 30 (32 S&W Long) or a Model 36 or 60 (38 Spl.) The smaller J-frame will be easier to carry and the shorter 2-3" barrel will also be less in the way. The downside is that they are a little harder to shoot accurately, so plan on doing a lot of reloading so she can practice with whatever she gets. Anything to keep family harmony, huh? ;)
