The round one looks like a counterweight and the rectangular one could be a ballast weight or a footing. As for composition, nothing special is generally required for counterweights and footings, so they could reasonably be made of "any heavy stuff that melts."

The little rectangler on look like a knife babbit. is there two little sections of rough surface on the far edge not visable?
It looks like a high tin ally poured in a cold mould, just the way babbits get poured.

That's easy. It's a doohickey and a whatchamacallit.

DUH :)

That's a left handed thingamagig that has to be matched to the dohickey.

I agree. They're potential boolits if'n ya get them into a pot and melted. BC

I bet they were ballast weight that came off a race car. Could be pretty much anything but most of the guys around here use wheel weights.

look at post number 4 again mark [clod hopper] used to work with those every day.

the two round ones look like cable clamp inserts.
most weren't made from lead but some were.
they could also be counter weights for a cable but would have a way to bolt them together.
