Previously i had been mixing my allow right in my 10 pound lee pot. The lead i had was small enough to fit in and i had some one pound bars of solder for the tin. Then i was left with some bigger chunks that would not fit and a 5 pound ingot of tin/lead solder so i bought a large pot and made up two batches of 20-1. It feels good to have a hundred pounds set and ready to make into boolits

Your next challenge will be to not lose track of what is what as your collection grows and morphs to your plans.

I marked each ingot with 20-1 and a slash on the second batch. To try and keep track of the batches. both batches are very close on the weights so they should both have an equall hardness. so far i only shoot the 20-1 but hey you never know someday i might want to make a batch of harder alloy.
