Why try to remove the tin?
I would just try to figure out the tin content and use it as a sweetener for alloys.

Requires heating lead.tin alloy to 1152 degrees F in an oxygen free atmosphere and reacting chlorine gas throuh the melt.
In other words No.

It'll be a great tin supply. Is it 50/50, 60/40, or what??

how to remove tin ?? it's simple !! just send it to me !!! and while stated in humor it's also a serious statement !!! if you sent it to me that unwanted tin would never bother you again ;)
you can dross out a little bit tho by running the melt temp hot and continuously scrape off the top as it oxidizes , you wont get alot but you'll get a little bit

No- higher temps and sulfer iirc. And you never get all of it out. You draw off the pure lead from the bottom of the pot and the antimonious stays at the top. I posted about it in another thread.
