Since I am still a newbie and my only experience is with a couple of Lee molds as of now. Does anybody make a 45 acp mold for 185 gr either RF or TC boolit design?

Depends on what your willing to spend and who you like in moulds. I know Lee makes one in 160gr in a .452 but not sure about 180 gr.
Saeco, Lyman, and RCBS makes 180 gr and 185 gr.
Look through here: http://www.grafs.com/retail/catalog/category/categoryId/453?
Might also want to check through some of the other boolit casting sections of some of the other retailers.

He will also make what ever you want ~ you provide a sketch or idea and Tom will make it a reality. He will also scale up or down from existing designs to get you the weight you want.
Tom's service and moulds are terrific.
