Cramer # 40 Mould

I have a Cramer 5 cavity mould #40 I think it is a 30 cal. mould from what iI have found so far what I am looking for is a top punch for it.

Here's a reference for you: http://www.castpics.net/subsite/HistMolds/CramerMolds.html Since that CB is very similar to Lyman #311290 or even #311299/314299, a top punch for one of those should fit, or can be adapted so that it does via epoxy glue.
