After down loading the PDF file made by Ed Smith on how to build a gas check maker and using the calculation method for sizing the component parts a little with an Excel Spread Sheet and doing some drawing in Auto Cad several Gas Check Maker dimensional drawings resulted.
Gas check makers for 32 Cal, 357 Cal-9mm, 40 Cal and 45 cal were made.
The geometry of the gas check makers allowed a material thickness of .010 to be used.
Most of the gas check made to date are made from Cola Can material for plain base bullets. A few were made from .006 thick roofing flashing and these checks work very well along with the Cola Can gas checks.
The pictures below show the gas check maker for 357 Cal modeled in Solid Works and the other picture is of the gas check makers and containers of gas checks made with the respectice gas check maker.

Several hundred gas checks can be made in a few hours, I have been installing the Cola Can gas checks on all cast bullets just to remove the posibility of lead in the barrel.
