I have two .32 Special rifles, a Marlin M36 and a Winchester 64. Strange as it may seem, my best results to date after limited testing were obtained with the RCBS 32-170.....and 31 grains of IMR 4350, of all things. No misprint, it WAS IMR 4350. Also, this applied to BOTH rifles. Curious.

I'm toying with LeveRevolution powder but it seems any powder that works well with the thutty-thutty will make your .32 happy. I've tried reforming 30-30 cases but the RP and WW cases I had on hand were a bit short and I couldn't trim them to a consistent length. I ordered a batch of Hornady cases and they were simply awesome. Can't wait to get back to work on this rifle.

bob you know it's gonna depend on the individual bbl's.
but i have seen many different jaxketed boolits in the 320-321 range for the 32 win.
those 322 boolits are worth a try if it's something you just wanna throw together a few and try real quick.

i wouldn't count on just making some and going hunting in the morning though.

Forgot to mention that I'm using the RD 323-170 boolit.

Slug the bore...make the boolit fit the barrel.

I am using 30-30 data when loading mine.
Found what I needed with 25gr of RX7 and the RCBS 32-170 sized at .323
Launching them out of a 1941 Winchester 94 carbine that I traded for.
Darn fun to shoot!!!!!
