What's for dinner? 11/9/12

I'm making a soup with green pepper, onion, corn, rice, celery, diced tomatoe, peas, ground beef with a beef boullion cubes as a base. Might even whip up a southern beer bread from a box. :mrgreen:

Pot Roast leftovers and eggs.

The leftover potatoes diced and fried in a little butter until starting to crisp up.
2 eggs over easy
some of the roast shredded over the potatoes and eggs.

Comfort Food on the first cold day of the season.

Well I put a pot of pintos and smoked sausage on this morning, now for a little rice and cornbread and I'm all set for a couple days. lol

What is left will make some good nachos.

Tonight's dinner was bacon wrapped rabbit, smoked with Pecan wood. Buttered dill mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, and then my parents brought dessert to the house when they came over. I didn't take any pictures of the rest of the stuff, only the rabbit.

making a batch of cheesy potatoe soup today. Cheese, potatoes, cream of mush soup, ham, bacon, broccolli and corn. Isnt very good for heart but it sure works on the tongue!
