Beagle and gas checks

Anyone beagle and have problems installing gas checks?????
I haven't tried it yet, but I'm thinking that when a mould is beagled, the gas check would be to small to fit.

Anneal the checks, then expand them with a punch made for the purpose. If this stuff was easy to do, everyone would want into it.

I don't know if this will help you, but I found that the .30 cal. checks I got in the last big Gator GB were slightly larger than Hornady checks in that caliber. Enough to make all the difference. I don't have any data on the other sizes.
