Christmas Came Early!

A friend of mine gave me this for Christmas. He said it didn't fit his gun collection and he would never shoot it, and it didn't mean anything to him. He said he knew I thought it was cool.

I am not exactly sure what I have here. I think it is a Swede.

It has a Weaver sidemount, with a Weaver 1.5-4.5 scope. The scope is a little cloudy, but I think I can get it refurbished.

My first milsurp! Now I need to find a mold, some brass, and some dies. Any recommendations?

Mine doesn't have a barrel band or wood over the barrel, but could that have been taken off with the recoil pad installed?

don't do it...
just buy some copper stuff.
you'll have to measure and be ready to go big diameter. [269 or so]
look for some of the 6.5 threads here.
the 6.5 cruise missile mold comes to mind right off though.
