I am using .080" air hardening drill for ejector pins, should it be hardened?

are you hitting it with a hammer? if so I would not harden it as it will become fragile. if you are using it like Dr. Blackmon and the Corbins do then it probably wouldn't hurt anything to harden it.

Harden then draw the temper.
