DSA 16 inch upper, DPMS lower
Reformed WIN 223 brass
Rem SR primer
12.3 gr 1680 powder
WW NOE 247 and Lee 230-5R
NOE both plain based and gas check shank (with no check installed). All unsized as cast at .312
Lube, small batch of 45-45-10 and Rooster jacket, all bullets dipped to coat bearing surfaces only.
Results, after firing each bullet and lube combo,
the bore was checked and found to be squeaky clean.....
Modified MagPul 20 round mag
Also decent accuracy at 100 yards. All functioned perfectly!
Biggest surprise, Rooster Jacket alone worked fine! One dip in a thinned version, invisible on the bullets
This is going to be fun......

Good for you, it took me a bit of a learning curve but I had similar results.
I am using the Lee TL 230 gr, have to use the lee universal flaring die, and do not use a crimp or Lee fcd. I use 11.4 gr aa1680. How bout you? what load data?

How many rounds downrange before cleaning? I am starting to think something other than 45/45/10 for my 16" blackout. The 8.5" does ok with it , but the rifle is starting to lead at the muzzle after 200 or so. I am doing two tumbles and not filling the lube grove with it. This is only a problem with the non-gaschecked boolits. Still functions as it should, but accuracy falls off until it is cleaned again. Not a sewer pipe level of leading, but still....

sorry i just saw your load data above, i am using 11.4 gr, you are using 12.3 gr of AA1680, have you seen any pressure signs with that load? have you gone lower, close to my load and gotten good results? I have had no issues with leading now that i flare the case mouth and crimp to just close that straight and do NOT use the lee FCD. they no longer make rooster jacket so i have only been using the 45/45/10, i liked the rooster jacket, i wish i diluted it to make it last longer, it was a good product.

Doubt you can over-pressure with the 680s. Problem is keeping below 1100 and still burn clean, and exercising compete ejection simultaneously. ... felix

1680 is pretty flexable.
if burning clean were an issue i'd go to 4227.

Reloder 7 is my choice for heavies in the blackout. 4227 works, but accuracy was not as good during load work up. 2 different uppers, 16" 1/8 Sota Arms SS HBAR and 16" 1/8 LW SS AR-Stoner.

I do 2 main cast boolits for the 300Blk, the Lee C312-155-2R and the Lee TL309-230-5R. The 155 is lube sized at .310 using Randy Rats Tac#1 in a Star and the 230 is lubed using 45-45-10 unsized. Both boolits perform well with good accuracy and no leading. Reloder 7 under both boolits works very good.

Blikseme300,
What's your load data using Reloder 7?
Thanks.
