RCBS expander die/plug?

can you use one of the expander plugs in a normal resizing die? or do i need to get the whole expander die?

With the RCBS you need to get the whole expander die. You can buy different diameter expanders for it.

ok so instead of going with the spec order 310 die i should go with the .308 stocked item and buy the stocked 310 plug? what a deal
