Pear pie, I made the first one with a top crust but had pears left over so made a second pie, no top crust but a tiny bit of cognac!

If them taste any where near as good as them their pies looks, some one is going to get sick from eating them in one setting.

Sampled the no top crust with a little ice cream, very good but a little juicy, may have added to much apricot preserves or tapioca. But put a slice in a bowl add ice cream and enjoy.
